PERSONAL TRAINER & 20 YEARS+ EXERCISER

I started physically training my body at the age of 14 to prepare it for action sports like mountain biking, surfing & skateboarding. Some twenty years later, I combine this experience with my professional personal training qualifications to help men achieve their health & fitness goals - from building muscle to rehabbing injuries to running marathons.
YOGA, BREATHWORK & MEDITATION TEACHER
After several years practising in London studios, I left a corporate career to travel to the Indian Himalayas to learn from yoga masters. While there I learned not just a set of physical postures but a way of using breathwork, meditation & energy practices to gain control of one's experience and enjoy life on a deeper level.
EXPERIENCED MEN'S COACH & FACILITATOR
I've been working with men in one-to-one and group settings since 2020. From helping them achieve specific goals in their professional * personal lives to leading men's circles with men from around the world, I use my experience to help men realise their own power and create the life they want.
